Golden Light Mindfulness Photography & Moonrise
Details
This session will be in two parts as mindfulness is something which takes some practice so a 2 hour session might be too long for beginners. We will start with mindfulness with the changing light and sunset and move on the full moon.
Mindfulness in photography means different things to different people but to me it's being in the moment which is very therapeutic and great for mental health but can be a vessel to better images. Being in the moment helps with observation skills of what the light is doing, what elements are adding value to your image and the right time to push the shutter.
I think this well be an awesome session to start the New Year. I have set the time to coincide with the golden light, sunset and the rising full moon. The location will give us Cityscapes which should reflect the sunset, the river plus a view East for the moonrise.
This is a session that is suitable for anyone with any camera or lens for the mindfulness but a telephoto lens will be better for the moon rising.
