Please wear comfortable shoes that are easy to slip off for meditation. Yoga mats will be available ,but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. We will begin with a guided meditation session to help you enter into the state of thoughtless awareness where one is stationed more in the present moment. After the meditation, we will give a brief overview of Sahaja Meditation and be available for questions. We also share balancing techniques and guidance on at-home meditation practices. This helps individuals cultivate a regular meditation routine and experience its benefits more consistently.
