Looking for suggestions for shabu shabu restaurants in the OC.

Kim suggested two good AYCE ones. I prefer no AYCE but if no one has a suggestion then I will pick one of the two that Kim suggested.

Habitual no-shows and same day cancellations will result in a ban from my future meetups.
