Thanksgiving Food Sorting Event

This month’s CAC Community Service event will be food sorting at the food bank in Duquesne from 1 to 3 PM in the Volunteer Engagement Center. We will be packing boxes of shelf-stable items. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early so we can get organized. You can park in the front lot or along Grant Avenue and proceed to the main entrance.

Requirements: Closed-toe shoes are required. It is advisable to bring additional layers of clothing as many of the projects take place in The Cool Zone, a 55°F temperature-controlled area that helps to process fresh produce.
