We'll explore the beautiful, designated paths of Point Defiance Park, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for riders of all ages.

This is your opportunity to engage in a legitimate, fun sport that blends physical activity with creative expression.

Whether you're an experienced hobby horse enthusiast or curious to discover the athleticism involved, our ride is open to all.

No hobby horse? No problem! We have hobby horses available to loan for this event on a first-come, first-served basis, ensuring everyone can participate in this exciting experience.

Event Details:

Date/Time: Saturday, June 29th at 2:00 PM

Duration: Approximately 1.5 - 2 hours

Meeting Point: Owen Beach, 5605 Owen Beach Rd, Tacoma, WA 98407

Price: $7 per person

Includes:

Expertly guided hobby horse instruction, a structured trail ride, and access to a loaner hobby horse if needed.

What to Bring:

Comfortable athletic shoes, water bottle, and your enthusiasm!

(Optional: Your own hobby horse if preferred).

Safety & Participation Guidelines:

Adult Supervision Required:

For the safety and enjoyment of all participants, particularly our younger riders, all children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the trail ride.

Appropriate Attire:

Please ensure all participants wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes suitable for walking/light activity on uneven terrain.

Dress for the weather.

Hydration:
Don't forget to bring water to stay hydrated!

Loaner Hobby Horses: We have up to 12 hobby horses available to loan for the event on a first-come, first-served basis.
