We’ll share a gentle, one-hour sound journey designed to help you connect with a deeper part of yourself. Using carefully tuned bowls and techniques that harmonize with the body’s natural frequencies, the sound will support balance across your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual (causal) systems.
Each person’s experience will be unique, unfolding in its own way. After the sound, we’ll take a little time to settle back in, and if it feels right, we may share a casual conversation together. You’re welcome to head out whenever you wish after the sound ends, or linger for as long as you’d like.
A few tips for your comfort:
If possible, remove any metal jewelry before we begin—it’s not harmful if you forget, but the experience can be more impactful without it.
Drink plenty of water afterwards—ideally at room temperature—through the rest of the evening (yes, even if it’s a little late!) and the following morning.
