If you’re worried about your health or social life, trying to navigate employment, run a business or simply wondering what the h*ll's going to happen next in the face of all this global upheaval and uncertainty… you’re not alone.
Ironically, there's one constant thing that almost everybody NOW has in common: A HUGE increase in ANXIETY.
As a qualified therapist I’ve worked with anxiety sufferers full-time for over 17 years, so I’ll explain from grass-roots level how anxiety can affect your life, and then show you how to effectively reduce its physical and mental symptoms. As an ex-sufferer, I’ll also share the positive reinforcements that have helped me.
This ONLINE live event will be delivered in two halves.
First, we’ll chat about the fundamentals of anxiety and discuss where it comes from, what triggers it and why/how it affects us differently. You can often start to feel better by understanding what anxiety actually is and that you’re not alone.
Secondly, I’ll guide you through some practical ways to reduce your stress/anxiety symptoms, including useful daily tips and mindset-adjusting techniques. These will allow you to feel more in control of your feelings and reactions, and help you on your way to building confidence, self-esteem and positive changes in your life.
My event is a safe environment
You’ll be able to ask questions freely about ANYTHING without judgement. You’re welcome to contribute during discussions or simply sit back, listen and enjoy (you can always email me later with any personal questions).
I’ve presented many similar in-person events in Australia and overseas. Attendees have found the material useful, practical and enjoyable.
Afterwards, I’ll follow up by sending out some useful take-home tools for all attendees.

This event will be hosted on the ZOOM app. When you RSVP to the event you will be given access to the event link (URL). Simply click the link on the day, just before the event starts and you'll be able to join the event.
I will create a 'waiting room' for the event, so if you join early you'll be able to wait until the event begins, I'll let you into the event when we start at 6.30pm Canberra time.
If you're asked, you can use 512215 as the pass code for the event.
Please note: The event has limited places, so if you RSVP and discover you cannot attend the online event, please adjust your RSVP so others may attend in your place and so that I'm not left waiting to begin the presentation for all other attendees.
