🌀 Tantric Yoga
This is not your average yoga class.
Rooted in feminine Tantra, this class blends breath, sound, movement, and energetic alignment to awaken your kundalini and reconnect you to your body’s wisdom.
Expect twerking, shaking, ecstatic movement, and sacred stillness.
You’ll leave feeling energized, liberated, and beautifully alive.
👗 Clothing & Care Exchange Sisterhood Circle
Part clothing swap, part self-care ritual, part heart-share.
Bring items you’re ready to release and receive treasures from your sisters. Then we soften — into a space of back rubs, scalp massages, foot soaks, gentle touch, and circle sharing.
This is community care at its most soulful.

After class, keep the magic going. Step into the world with your energy activated — for dinner, drinks, or dancing. Let your feminine radiance shine beyond the studio, surrounded by sisters.

Through guided creative play, sensual embodiment, and emotional exploration, we allow paint to be a portal to your inner world. This space is for the woman craving more depth, more beauty, and a gentler way to process what lives inside her.
No painting experience is necessary just an open heart and curiosity.
Class Flow:
We’ll begin with a gentle visualization, breath, and movement to ground into the body and clear space for creation. Using a canvas split in two, we’ll first paint heavy or stuck emotions, patterns, or parts of us that need loving witness. Through guided prompts, we’ll explore these with presence and curiosity. After a movement-based release, we’ll shift into painting the woman we are becoming, letting intuition and embodiment guide the new self we’re inviting forward. We’ll close in quiet reflection, sharing one word to honor the journey and allow for deep integration.
Materials:
Canvas, paint, brushes will be provided for an additional $10
About Andrea:
Andrea is a feminine arts guide, embodiment artist, and space holder for women longing to reconnect with their creativity, sensuality, and inner wisdom. Through intuitive painting, archetypal exploration, and somatic practices, she invites women to soften, feel, and become.
Her classes are a sacred space to remember: you are not here to be fixed, you are here to bloom.
