Activities in this group include but not limited to, restaurants, breweries, vineyards, distilleries, cideries, music venues, shows, salsa nights, and casual downtown walks. I grew up in this area and I love to share my knowledge with all the great activities and places Cville has to offer!
**PLEASE READ**
I'm happy to have everyone join these events! I just have some rules to help me run things smoothly.
*If you're interested in an event, please RSVP. If you can no longer come please change your RSVP to "Not Going" within 48 hours of the date and start time of the event.*
*If an event is full and you're on the waitlist, fear not! You might get off the waitlist if someone cancels.*
***If you're on the waitlist but make other plans please change your RSVP accordingly. As it gets closer to the day of the event I will reach out to you if you were recently added to the attending list to ask if you can come.***
*******Please refrain from cancelling at last minute. This is so important. If something comes up and you have to cancel I'm very understanding of that. Cancelling last minute could inconvenience someone else from coming who really wanted to join us. It also impacts the waitlist if people get added to the RSVP list on short notice and can no longer make it. Trust me, it's not fun to deal with.*******
***What's also not fun is more than 3 no-shows/late cancellations. If this happens I will reprioritize your RSVP to allow other people to attend.***
Thank you for understanding. The main rule of thumb here is the be considerate of others.
Last but not least, please socialize and drink responsibly. Don't come if you're sick, bring your mask, wash your hands, get an Uber or a ride from a friend if you've had a bit too much to drink.
