Riprap Trail loop

This is a moderately difficult hike with stunning views, beautiful swimming hole, and a couple of easy stream crossings.
We will begin at the Riprap parking lot at 0800. We will proceed south on A.T. to Wildcat Ridge trail, descending to several easy river crossings. We will turn right on Riprap trail and ascend back to parking area.
Bring at least 3 liters water and lunch.
Distance is 9.4 miles with 2122 ft elevation.
Takes 4.5 to 5 hours going about 2 miles per hour. Make sure you are physically able to complete this hike.
