Chatbots: G'day Alexa!

Amazon Alexa finally launched in Australia this month, so we thought we would dedicate this month to everything Alexa!

We have two Amazon Alexa launch partners speaking from NAB and Energy Australia - they'll be sharing their insights into the challenges of building an Alexa Skill, and integrating with their internal enterprise systems while ensuring the skill is engaging and useful.

• Neal McIntyre (NAB - Agile Project Manager)

• Neal will be taking us through the NAB Lab's process of creation for NAB's Alexa skill, as well as the challenge of integrating it with the internal banking systems in such a short timeframe.

• Aaron Brown (Developer at Shine Technologies)

• Aaron and his team built the Energy Australia Alexa skill and will be talking about the fun quirks they found when creating the Alexa skill and some of the workarounds they needed to put in place when integrating with the internal systems of Energy Australia.
