As an herbal medicine woman, certified hypnotherapist, meditation and NLP practitioner, breathwork facilitator, and ceremonial guide for cacao and sacred plant medicines, she brings over eight years of devoted experience to her work.
Tshenda is known not only for her gentle and grounded presence but also for her unwavering commitment to helping others shed fear, release emotional burdens, and remember their truest essence. Her work is a gentle invitation—a return to stillness, balance, and inner truth.
But above all, Tshenda leads by the light of her own healing journey. Through her lived wisdom, she offers a pathway to peace and presence, so that others may begin to live from the heart, aligned with their soul’s calling and the life they were always meant to live.
