Our group is focused on connect Real Estate Investors in Chicagoland and helping new investors get comfortable with real estate investing. The biggest benefit is that we host our events at actual flips and trainings. You get to see with your eyes the projects in various stages.

This project was purchased and lost by a real estate investor that didn't know "The Right Way to Flip Houses". I will explain how I used my knowledge of Equity Partners, Private Money Lending, and Rehabbing to help the original investor exit the project, salvage the deal, and make a profit.
