About us
This group brings people together for uplifting experiences that combine music, meditation, and meaningful conversation.
Our gatherings include live mantra music (kirtan), guided meditation, vegetarian food, and thoughtful dialogue about happiness, purpose, and well-being.
It’s a welcoming space for people of all backgrounds — whether you’re new to meditation or have an established practice.
The focus is connection, reflection, and shared experience in a relaxed community atmosphere.
