8/16 Sunset Floating Sound Bath - Let your thoughts drift away and allow yourself to be guided by the vibrations and sensations surrounding you.

Participants must self register, the cost is $75 (plus fees). I do not have control of how many participants are allowed (site limits registration). PLEASE do not arrive to attend if you have not directly booked and received confirmation from SEAVASANA/Portsmouth Paddle Co. There will be a waivers from each organization that should be completed before arrival to ensure a timely start. Event start time 6:30 & it's a 90 minute session. Participants should plan to arrive early - more instructions are included in confirmation email.

Information from the site:
This floating experience opens with gentle yoga poses to ground you into your body and environment. Then, you will ease into a floating meditation while lying down with crystal singing bowls.

Using your breath as your anchor to the present moment, let your thoughts drift away and allow yourself to be guided by the vibrations and sensations of the sound bowls. Deepen your connection within by closing your eyes, and surrendering to a deeply meditative state. When you open your eyes, take in the beautiful watercolors dancing on the sea at sunset.

This is an all-levels experience, which means we teach at a steady, accessible pace, while offering challenges as appropriate. No prior SUP or yoga experience required. Familiarity with in-studio yoga is helpful, but not necessary!
