📦 Warehouse Activity Details:
📅 Date: 8 September 2025
🕑 Time: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
👥 Volunteers Needed: Max 6 pax
📍 Address: 218 Pandan Loop, Level 6, #06-03, XPACE, Singapore 128408

👟 Attire: Casual with covered shoes only
❌ No skirts/dresses/heels/crocs/slippers/sandals
💧 Bring: Your own bottled water (or donate $2 for bottled water onsite)

⏰ Meetup Point:
Meet at 1:15 PM at Clementi Bus Interchange. We’ll depart together at 1:20 PM sharp.
Alternatively, we can meet directly at the venue by 1:45 PM. Please be punctual so we can start smoothly!

Getting there:
1. Take the MRT to Clementi MRT Station (EW23)
2. Go to Clementi Bus Interchange & board Bus Service 285
3. Alight at Pan Tech Industrial Complex, Pandan Loop (7th stop)
4. Walk towards the XPACE building and enter through the lobby
5. Take the lift to Level 6
6. Turn RIGHT once out of the lift and walk all the way until see the Volunteers Room Door at the end of the corridor.
7. Enter the Volunteers room at the end and wait in there for a Foodbanker to join you.

Due to the strong interest, we’ve gone ahead and booked a morning volunteer slot on the same day as well! 🌞

If possible, we’ll try to meet the morning volunteer group who finish their session at 1:00 PM. We can either catch them at Clementi Bus Interchange around 1:20 PM, or drop by the DB volunteer room in case they’re still there.

🚗 Call for Volunteer Drivers – Make a Difference with Your Car!
Would you consider stepping up as a volunteer driver or helping to form a group of drivers for our food delivery tasks?
If you own a car and can spare up to 3 hours, you can help The Food Bank Singapore transport food efficiently to where it's needed most. Ideally, each driver is accompanied by 1–2 volunteers.
Here are the key tasks you can take on:

### 📦 Task 1: Collect Food Bank Box Donations

(We will choose this for same day volunteering on 8 Sep - AM or PM)
Pick up food donations from our islandwide Food Bank Boxes and deliver them to our warehouse at:

### 🏠 Task 2: Deliver Emergency Food Rations to Households

Pick up pre-packed ration bundles from the warehouse and deliver them directly to individual homes.
📅 Available collection days: Wednesday to Friday

### 🏢 Task 3: Deliver Rations to Beneficiary Centres

Collect carton-packed rations from the warehouse and deliver them to our Feeding Partners (beneficiary centres).

🗓️ Flexible Schedule:
There’s no fixed date or time — just let us know your preferred date, time slot, and number of vehicles at least 1 week in advance, and we’ll assign the tasks accordingly.
