Please note that a very grateful £1 per person will be asked on the day. This goes towards the costs of running the group. Unfortunately it doesn't cover the cost of a new sports car 😉😊
THE LARGE PRINT - Very structured and organised people may not approve of my walks. I try to provide a comfortable and entertaining bohemian journey for which people are very welcome to join. Finishing times can vary. Most importantly people have fun and friendships are formed
Hopefully no blaising saddles 😆 as we have a good mooch around the Blaise Castle Estate....
There will be plenty to do on the afternoon:

Weather dependent we can go for a stroll to discover Stratford Mill (disused). This is a lovely nature walk on grit paths.

Blaise Museum is open until 4pm.

Blaise Castle Cafe will be open for drinks, snacks and toilet breaks. THIS IS OUR MEETUP POINT AT 1.00PM.

Blaise Hamlet offers a glimpse at the impressive John Nash architecture, featuring 9 rustic cottages.

The Blaise Inn is a nice finishing point. Food options and drinks with good company.
Please do expect mud and rain - but hopefully not! Please do consider your own needs, fitness level, mobility. You will be in charge of yourself.
I will include links for reference but please independently do research about the area. I ask for no phone calls unless it's an emergency as it's very distracting. Dogs will need to be kept under control at all times.
Car parking is available at the Henbury Lodge car park - £3 for up to 5 hours but you can pay less to stay less!
