**New venue for tonight - by the River BS1 6HU. We have a small area made available by the bar. Please ask at the bar if you can't find us**

Enjoy a lighthearted evening of conversation and banter. We may be awaiting an ADHD diagnosis or diagnosed - it's all good here. Most importantly is that you feel comfortable and be given the space to express yourself.

We talk about random things, we are very creative folk. Please be aware we can swear (in humour), get a bit loud when happy and be expressionate. If this is not your thing that's okay but it's to make you aware 👍😊

No pressure to arrive on time. We will have use of the area for up to 3 hours.

ADHD is challenging. We are here to support one another. Some people may feel emotional or overwhelmed and that's okay 🤗🤗
