Chubby Women Over 40 Hiking Group

Come hike with us in Franktown at Castlewood Canyon!!

Use the West entry off of State HWY 86 and Castlewood Canyon Rd. State Park entry fee is $10. Let’s meet at the West Side Trailhead Parking Area. Please note there is approximately 1 mile of dirt road leading up to the parking lot.

We will get brunch at a place nearby TBD.

As I get older, I go more for time than miles. We will hike and hour out and an hour back. Bring plenty of water, dress in layers, wear proper footwear and go at your own pace.

This is a no-stress group to meet like minded women who aren’t triathletes - yet!

Come hike with us at Helen Hunt Falls!! We will meet in front of the Starsmore Visitor and Nature Center: there’s parking in front of there as well.

This hike can be moderately challenging, but there are plenty of flatter spots that we could choose, too.

We will get brunch somewhere nearby, TBD, afterwards.

As I get older, I go more for time than distance. We hike and hour out and and hour back. Feel free to go at your own pace. We take breaks! This is a no stress group and we’d be happy to have you!
