Restorative yoga is a calming practice focused on relaxation and stress relief. A typical class features supported postures held for extended periods using props like blankets and bolsters. The session begins with a brief meditation to center the mind, followed by a series of poses held for 5 to 15 minutes, promoting deep relaxation and tension release. Instructors emphasize breath awareness and mindfulness, providing a serene environment. Classes usually conclude with a final resting pose, allowing participants to integrate the benefits of the practice. Overall, restorative yoga helps alleviate physical strain and promotes mental clarity and emotional balance.

No-show attendee fees are not refundable.
Please bring a yoga mat, blankets, and blocks if you have them. Chairs will be provided for those who cannot do mat work.

About Carolyn:
Carolyn Kendrick is a resident of Doylestown and has been a certified 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) since 2011. She became a Reiki Practitioner in 2012 and is also a Holistic Health Coach. Carolyn is the founder of The Wellnourished Soul, where she offers customized programs designed to meet the unique health and life goals of each client.
