Circular Economy Perth was started by Sharka from Donut Waste and Franco from Loop Upcycling to unite local Perth circular economy creators—businesses and individuals who value collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and resourcefulness.
Our mission is simple: to connect, support, and empower each other so we can accelerate Perth and WA’s transition to a thriving circular economy.
Whether you’re a business, a consultant, or just curious about how and why to engage with circular economy practices, you’re welcome to join us and mingle.
#### AGENDA
Come join us for an inspiring gathering of local circular change-makers and a tour of The Collective Shed.
- 5:30–6:00 PM: Arrival and free mingle
- 6:00 PM: Welcome and short intro by Shark
- 6:10 PM: Host introduces their project, idea, or event (Jethro from The Collective Shed)
- 6:30 PM: Tour of the Tool Library (small groups of five)
- 7PM: We go around the room for everyone to briefly introduce themselves – shameless plugs welcome!
- Rest of the evening: Free networking with whoever you feel drawn to connect with
ABOUT COLLECTIVE SHED
The Collective Shed is Vic Park's own Library of Things. A place to borrow the tools, gear and equipment that you'd love to use but don't need to own.
It's also a group of neighbours willing to share their stuff to prevent waste and build community.
**Bring something to showcase!**
Got a circular product or project? This is the perfect chance to share it. Bring samples along!
**Who is this event for?**
This event is primarily for business owners and circular economy creators looking to connect, collaborate, and share ideas with like-minded innovators. It’s a space to meet others driving change and find opportunities to work together in building a more sustainable future.
That said, consultants, entrepreneurs, council employees, councillors and anyone curious about circular economy practices are also welcome! Whether you’re deep in the circular economy space or just starting to explore, you’ll find inspiration and connections here.
