### Flip & Sip: Circularity in Practice
Join us for a relaxed, hands-on Flip & Sip session where conversation and connection happen through making.
You’ll be invited to move between simple upcycling stations, learn practical skills, and engage with others while creating. It’s an easy, social way to unwind, share ideas, and build your circular repertoire in a more natural, collaborative setting.
Try your hand at:
- Turning old T-shirts into yarn
- Making macramé dog toys or key rings
- Creating fabric coasters from reclaimed materials
- Using appliqué to repair or transform garments
Feel free to bring along a T-shirt of your own that could use a little uplifting — whether it’s covering a stain, repairing a hole, or simply giving it a new life.
No experience needed — just bring yourself (and something to sip). Come as you are, make something small, and connect with others who care about circularity in action.

#### About Circular Economy Meetups
Circular Economy Perth was started by Sharka from Donut Waste and Franco from Loop Upcycling to unite local circular economy creators — businesses and individuals who value collaboration, knowledge‑sharing, and resourcefulness.
Our mission is simple: to connect, support, and empower each other so we can accelerate Perth and WA’s transition to a thriving circular economy.
