What we’re about
Civic Congress is a citizen-led media and educational project operated by The Continental Congress Project, LLC™, exploring how Americans can lawfully use and strengthen direct democracy in the 26 initiative states and Washington, D.C.
Civic Congress convenes regular in-person discussions (organized through Meetup) and online programming (hosted on Substack) focused on civic education, historical context, and public dialogue as the nation approaches its 250th anniversary.
Participation is open to the public. In-person gatherings are available to founding members through a $7/month Substack subscription; free following and online content are also available.
All events are educational and discussion-based only. No legal, professional, or financial advice is provided. Participation is voluntary and does not create any employment, partnership, investment, or agency relationship with Civic Congress or its operator.
Civic Congress is independently operated and hosted by Brooke Teal Robbins, a longtime civic activist and small-business owner.
