Velsharoon's Revenge Campaign Group: A Death Knight for a Friend

Foiling a would-be ambush by Cain Lethellon and his cadre of veteran heroes, the party manages to escape, thanks to the assistance of their dragon cohorts, the zombie white dragon Glaxenheim and the young adult red dragon, Emberfall.

Later, an assassination attempt on their de-facto leader's life, the necromancer Nesta, also goes awry, when the halfling assassin sent to kill her, is killed in turn.

Now, feeling the weight of their villainous renown, the party decides to retreat and gather their strength... as well as assistance from a mentor of sorts, the entombed death knight known as Kresselack. Originally Nesta's primary objective, they are now armed to free the dark lord from his imprisonment in the hopes of expanding their reach even further... that is, if they can get there before the veteran heroes, led by an esteemed dwarven ranger, spoil their ominous plan.
