Gribdale Gate circular walk

Join our group walk from Gribdale Gate covering 7.5 miles and ascending 950 feet.
This walk is mainly on good paths/tracks across moorland. Some of the route is paved. With clear weather there are good views across the moor and also the coast.
The route heads north along the Cleveland Way along Great Ayton Moor then turns east to Highcliffe Nab. Then walking south past Sleddale Farm and ascending to Percy Cross Rigg. We then head northwest on the road and take the footpath which runs west then south to return to the beginning.
Please dress according to the weather and wear good waterproof footwear as the route can be muddy and slippery if wet. There will be a ten minute break so please bring a drink/snack to enjoy at this time.
