Join us this Saturday for a FILMED 45-minute Kettlebell + HIIT class that combines strength, cardio, and energy in a fun and supportive environment. This class is set for all levels — modifications will be offered, and you're encouraged to go at your own pace. This class is free!! Please sign up through Mindbody here:

-THIS CLASS WILL BE FILMED FOR CONTENT. If you do not want to be filmed, let me know at the front desk. We will make sure you are placed in the room where you won't be in the picture.

Itinerary of the class:

  • 5 minute warmup
  • 30-35 minute class
  • 5 minute cooldown

Expect a mix of:

  • Kettlebell strength circuits
  • Bodyweight HIIT bursts
  • Core finisher
