Welcome to Charlotte Nerds & Gamers!
We’re the largest nerdy meetup group in the Carolinas, and our mission is to bring people together through play, creativity, and connection. Join our community Discord HERE, hosted by Luck Factory Games.
Founded in 2017, we’ve grown into a thriving community that celebrates all things gaming, geeky, and social. From tabletop nights to Dungeons & Dragons campaigns to trivia, cosplay, megagames, and themed events at Luck Factory Games, North Carolina’s largest board game café located in Concord as well as other local game shops and breweries.
Our events are about more than just games, they’re about building friendships, supporting local creators and businesses, and creating spaces where everyone feels welcome. Whether you’re a lifelong gamer, a casual player, or just looking for community, you’ll find your people here.

Board Game Social - Open Play
Luck Factory Games, 305 McGill Ave NW Suite 80, Concord, NC, USDON'T BE DISCOURAGED BY THE LACK OF SIGNUPS. This event regularly pulls in at least 3-4 tables of players. They all just know that our Board Game Socials consistently happens every Thursday evening.

Your $8+tax per person for admission for this event also includes access to our board game library all day! Luck Factory Games' cafe offers a variety of beer, wine, soda, and snacks. The cafe has access to a food hall with a wide selection of delicious food such as burgers, BBQ, chicken fingers, tacos, Thai food, gelato, and more to eat while you play.
Admission is taken at the door. Anyone reaching out asking for payment in advance is not associated with this event.
Space is limited. Longer games typically right at 6pm, but other games happen throughout the evening. Please RSVP here on Meetup to reserve your spot!
