F*ckupathon - Game of Codes: Winter is Encoding

🛠️ Welcome back to the next episode of the Fuckupathon series! 🛠️
A unique mini-hackathon & stand-up comedy night for developers.

Brace yourselves - winter is encoding, and your data formats are about to get ugly.
This round of Fuckupathon challenges you to dive deep into the icy depths of serialization and deserialization. Forget about clean JSON or tidy XML - we want formats so frozen, cursed, and unreadable they make your IDE shiver.

The challenge: You will be given a task to implement your custom format with an encoder and a decoder, imagine JSON or XML, but worse. This can be anything from binary to obscure and weird text formats. The task is for you to mock up a solution for this problem that would make your fellow engineers cry and yell "but why" in an open office.
