This session is about practicing creating meaningful connection with others. We enjoy having authentic connections and don’t get to experience them very often.
We will use a technique called Circling which is about creating, the experience of open and safe connection (both self-connection and connection with others) through guided communication in a small circle of people. Empathic communication will be at the heart of the session.
