Understanding The Inner Critic And Changing Its Impact

Our Inner Critic has thoughts that can play a major role in our lives, both in what it says to ourselves and what may be expressed to others. In either case there are unintended consequences that we often later regret. Not only does the inner critic create an internal emotional space that is negative, this space is also emotionally very exhausting.
By getting to know our Inner Critic and understanding the role its trying to play we can have it step back and dial down its actions. It is trying to do the best for you, unfortunately using strategies that can be very counter productive and wearing.
This session will include doing exercises with others in the group.
There will be small and whole group discussions around the topic, during the session, to support your learning.
The Hall opens at about 9.45 for a 10 am start.
