What we’re about
Welcome to commonplace book club!
We all have been there! Picked a book which was decided by a book club and couldn't finish it on time! Eventually feel detached from that club, and stopped showing up. Maybe we just didn't find that one exquisite book club that will fulfill our need, and get us excited to talk about the book we are reading!
In this club, we will ask attendees to give a brief 10 mins summaries of the book (or books) they are reading or want to talk about, and we will set the floor open for discussions and ideas.
You should join this group if
- You enjoy reading and talking about books
- You respect the opinions of others.

See all- Blood on the Clocktower Game - AT THE HAMILTON LIBRARYHamilton Branch- Enoch Pratt Free Library, Baltimore, MD
We are gathering at the Hamilton Branch of the Enoch Pratt Free Library to play Blood on the Clocktower (BOTC). BOTC is a social deduction game similar to werewolf. It is a lot of fun, and we will be playing a beginner-friendly version. All rules will be explained during the event, so beginners are welcome!
We are meeting in the library's meeting room, which is in the basement. Information about the room and accessibility is available here. We will have light refreshments available.
THIS EVENT TAKES PLACE AT THE HAMILTON BRANCH OF THE ENOCH PRATT FREE LIBRARY. I emphasize this because this is not our typical meeting location. Use of library meeting space does not constitute endorsement of this organization, this program or its content by the Enoch Pratt Free Library.
