Community Sing & Crafts in Golden Gate Park [Free]

**Come make new friends and beautiful music — everyone is welcome at our free monthly singing circle in the park!**Whether you’re a confident singer, a total beginner, or just in the mood to listen and soak up the sunshine, this is a joyful, judgment-free space to connect through music.

### What to Expect

• Arrive by 11:00 · Say hello, settle in, and meet new faces (look for the pink blanket)
• Group Warm-Up · Easy, guided exercises to connect breath, voice, and presence
• Circle Singing · Simple, layered songs that sound beautiful together — no solos required
• Songbook Singing · Uplifting favorites from our Damato Songbook, with optional instruments and percussion
• Breakout Groups · Small teams create a song to share back with the circle
• Closing Song & Reflection · We finish singing together, then head to crafts and coffee nearby 🎨☕

🎸 Instruments welcome! Bring a guitar, ukulele, or anything acoustic. We’ll have simple chord charts and plenty of egg shakers so you can strum, shake, or just sing along.

Hi, I’m McKenna — a voice teacher and singer here in San Francisco. I started Community Sing to create a space where people can come together and share music without worrying about judgment, cost, or “getting it right.” This is a space for joyful singing, creative connection, and community you can return to month after month.
