What we’re about

A welcoming space for connection, balance, and renewal in nature, with horses.

Our group gathers in the serene presence of free-roaming horses to explore practices that support the well-being of horses and humans—mindfulness, movement, creativity, support, music and more.

We believe in accessible, community-based wellness where humans and horses share territory through presence and consent - horses are free to roam and chose if and how they interact with humans.

Everyone is invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and experience the restorative power of nature, animals, and community.

Guided by ordained minister, Ore Ganin-Pinto, we’ll drop into our bodies, release stuck energies, and create space for what is present within us.

Join us in the pasture for a six-week journey into the power of the heart—in the presence of horses and with the setting sun.

Discover simple, science-based techniques that help you:

✨ Build resilience with practical tools you can use daily.

Six-week series • $25 per class • Total $150
Class limited to 6 participants

Agenda for Each Class

Welcome & Settling In – Gentle arrival, introductions, and orientation in the pasture.

HeartMath® Teaching – Learn a new technique to build resilience and regulate your nervous system.

Application – Apply the technique in the presence of free-roaming horses, observing their natural responses.

Reflection & Sharing – Group discussion, journaling, or quiet time to integrate the experience.

Closing – Wrap-up, questions, and a preview of next week’s focus.

By the end of the six weeks, you’ll have a toolkit of practical skills to reduce stress, increase calm, and strengthen heart–brain harmony—practices you can use anytime, anywhere.

Join us in the horse pasture for an afternoon of sound, stillness, and renewal. This unique experience weaves together gentle breathwork and Qi Gong with the healing vibrations of on-body crystal harp, crystal bowls, Celtic harp, gong, flute, and song—guided by The LoveByrds.

As the founding mustangs of BEYOND liberty, Melody & Ruby, roam freely in the pasture, their calming presence deepens the resonance, inviting participants into a state of harmony, grounding, and heart connection.

What to Expect
- Grounding breathwork and Qi Gong to settle into the space
- Immersive sound bath featuring crystal harp, bowls, gong, Celtic harp, and healing songs
- Quiet connection in the pasture with the gentle presence of the mustangs

Group Equine Reiki Session For Mental Health Professionals
Sunday, November 9th | 10:00-11:00am

Step into a restorative morning created especially for those who hold space for others. In the calming presence of horses at liberty, this group Reiki circle invites you to reconnect with breath, body, and spirit.

Together, we’ll share grounding practices, gentle hands-on Reiki, and collective reflection in a supportive circle.

What Makes This Unique:

Horses at liberty with space to move freely and connect purely by choice and with consent.

Exclusively for mental health professionals

Location: Beyond Liberty, Horse Retirement, Education, and Wellness Center in La Selva Beach

Facilitator: Vickie Tugwell
Certified Mindfulness Instructor, Body Positive Facilitator, Yoga12SR Instructor, Massage Therapist, Intuitive Healer, and Animal Osteopath, Vickie integrates her extensive training with her own lived experience to offer a compassionate, multifaceted approach to recovery and wellness.
