CT Veterans Alliance D-Day Remembrance Rally - Friday June 6 - State Capitol

THE CT VETERANS ALLIANCE INVITES YOU TO REMEMBER D-DAY AT THE CAPITOL ON FRIDAY JUNE 6, 3-6pm

In collaboration with CT50501, Indivisible & The Sons of Liberty, we will gather and rally to remember & rekindle the spirit of 1944. While we protest the current administration & form intentional community around our veterans, we are also hosting a mutual aid event in honor of Sgt Daniel Keegan to promote availability of fiction & non-fiction reading material for active duty service members, veterans, and their families.

The CT Veterans Alliance will be collecting new and gently used books during our D-Day Rally to benefit American troops overseas, as well as veterans and military families here at home.

ABOUT SGT. DANIEL R. KEEGAN:
Daniel Keegan served 8 years in the 82nd Airborne as Intelligence Analyst to the 7th Special Forces Group. While stationed in Kandahar, Daniel built a library for his fellow soldiers to enjoy from books he received from Operation Paperback
