San Dieguito Lagoon - Easy Walk 9/28

Let’s enjoy an easy coastal walk at the San Dieguito Lagoon in Del Mar. The wetlands of the lagoon serve as habitat for plants, birds, fish, and other animals. We will head west on the Coast to Crest trail, go east until we reach El Camino Real and return to San Andres Drive.

Wear whatever is comfortable to you and sun protection. Bring water to drink and binoculars and/or camera.

Directions:
From I-5, take the Via De La Valle exit. Head east on Via De La Valle. Turn right onto San Andres Drive. Park on the street along San Andres Drive, We will meet at the entrance of the dirt road to the staging area which is behind Petco.
