Join me, Jade, for a gentle yet uplifting yoga flow designed to reconnect you with your body, breath, and the earth beneath you.
We’ll move mindfully through grounding postures and breathwork — perfect for calming the nervous system and easing into the weekend with clarity and calm.
This class is beginner-friendly and open to all levels. If you’re unsure whether it’s right for you, feel free to message me.
✨ Please bring a yoga mat or towel (the grass may be dewy), wear comfy clothes, and avoid eating 3–4 hours beforehand for comfort.
