Sound vibrates at the start of creation: a pulse signifies the movement of life. As we evolve and grow as pulsing beings, more neural connections are made, and we experience life with webs of sensation. On 27 Oct and 3 Nov we will be dancing a 2-part sound sensation exploration. Do try to make both!

Part 1: On Monday 27 Nov, we will playfully discover through dance the pulse of expansion and contraction in movement and in life. Both movements are vital to evolve our existence - as the functioning of the heart organ reminds us.

Part 2: On Monday, Nov 3, we will continue the pulse. We will be dancing with different qualities of sensation within our movement and life. We enliven our dance experience through sensations of exploring being flexible, agile, mobile, strong or stable. How does sound inspire these sensory qualities on the dancefloor to bring about playful authentic expression?

With this offering we further contribute to mental health awareness month. These practices are aimed to strengthen neuroplasticity, create new neurological pathways for healing and find ways to approach life more creatively to view obstacles as opportunities.

Venue and Timing

Dance Concept - 佳誠大廈
7 Floor, 230 Wan Chai Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong

7pm to 9pm - Doors close at 7:20pm sharp

Please arrive at 7pm so you have ample time to settle in to the private dance floor that has been prepared for you. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and be prepared to dance barefoot or with footwear designed exclusively for the dance floor. No street shoes are permitted.

Session Rates

We welcome your contributions on a sliding scale from HK$100 to 350.
