About us

This group exists to work on a system intended to change how people and organizations deal with misalignment, accountability, and constraint.

The goal is not discussion for its own sake. The goal is to build and test something that can meaningfully change how work, coordination, and decision-making function at scale.

The group will focus on developing and refining a practical system that already stands up on its own, pressure-testing ideas against it with real-world constraints, building simple tools, interfaces, and MVPs to further improve its efficiency. We will be examining the market, exploring how change can happen inside existing organizational structures and testing those hypotheses.

This is not a casual meetup or a debate space. It’s for people who are interested in contributing time and thought toward something that aims to make a real difference, even if the work is slow, uncomfortable, or unfinished.

If you’re not interested in changing anything, this probably isn’t the right group.
