to co-create a fertile field for us individually and as a collective, rooted in the wisdom of the heart in each of us, and the heart that unifies us all.

Together, we will move through the 7 Portals to the Inner Refuge.
These are revealing trauma-sensitive gateways that help sustain our courage, restore our agency, and keep our heart’s wisdom awake, alive and most importantly, available, for healing, restoration and intentional growth.

Throughout the evening, using practices from HeartMath™, Positive Intelligence© and a blend of mystical and science based mindfulness processes, we hold space for heart coherence to return, and to honor the body through a meaningful Food Blessing Ceremony, as the alchemical vessel that carries our healing, our resilience, and the unique potential longing to unfold in the year ahead - and beyond!
