Through OH Metaphoric Association Cards and collage making, we will explore what the past year has held for us - what we are grateful for, how we have grown, what we want to honour and release - and what we want to make space for, invite in or gently nurture in the year ahead.
No art experience, only an open and curious body-mind. Materials provided.

This is a creative workshop informed by Art Therapy but it is not intended to replace individual or group therapy, or for emergency crisis support or intervention.
If you are comfortable with me taking photos of your process and your artwork for my learning and supervision purposes, and to offer others a sense of what the workshop is like, please let me know at the start of the session.
