See all- Creative Code for Music & Games & RoboticsBlue Garage, London
Creative Code Meetup - Sep 2025
Agenda:
- 6:00 pm: CheckIn & Networking
- 6:30 pm: Welcome by Suyash Joshi & Sponsor Message by Blue Garage & InfluxData
- 6:35 pm: Andrea Fiorucci - "LedON: Fast Reflexes, Pure light, No screen".
LedOn is a fast-paced, 1v1, reflex-driven, physical game with a twist; there is no traditional screen! Instead, two players face off on a one-dimensional battlefield made of a flexible LED strip. Each player uses a custom controller to strike, activate power-ups, and push a pulsing light toward the target to obtain points and claim victory. The game is all about reflexes, timing, and smart use of strategy. It is quick to learn, exciting to play, and brings competition to life through pure light and touch. - 7:15 pm: Phil Jones - "Geek Music Theory with GoldenPond" - GoldenPond is a domain specific language for representing "music theory". As someone who came to music largely using computers and technology, I began to feel a lack of things like interesting chord progressions in my music. I wanted to better understand the kind of music I liked and wanted to be able to make.
- 7:55 pm: Suyash Joshi - "Hacking Robots with Raspberry Pi & AI"
I’ll show how to hack and program robots, tap into their sensors and use AI to process the data all within Raspberry Pi. From making a robot follow you to teaching it to dance, we’ll explore fun and educational ways to bring robots to life with creative coding. - 8:30 pm : Close
