P.A.R.T.S.: Video Clips and Project Sharing
Details
Join us for the monthly Portland Area RoboTics Society (P.A.R.T.S.) meeting. This month is a Video Roundup. We will watch and discuss robotics videos together. Bring clips that inspire you, demos of your work, teardown walkthroughs, lab reels, or anything robotics-related you want to share. Send links ahead of time or bring files on Sunday.
Unlike our usual meetings with formal presentations, this session focuses on community viewing, discussion, and idea exchange. Come to share a video, get feedback, or just see what others are exploring.
What to Expect:
-
Curated viewing: Short clips from members and friends with time for Q&A after each
-
Show and discuss: Why the video matters, tech takeaways, and practical applications
-
Lightning shares: Optional 5 to 10 minute slots if you want to talk about your clip or your project
-
Troubleshooting corner: Ask the room about tools, parts, code, or techniques the videos highlight
-
Community time: Meet builders, researchers, artists, and students across Portland’s robotics scene
