Our kick-off meeting will feature introductions, parameters, and ground rules-- let's get everything figured out so it makes sense moving forward.

Let's also talk a bit about the Christian Golden Rule. We are told to "love our neighbors as ourselves." Why does Jesus rate this as one of the two greatest commandments? How does it compare with other rules and other golden rules from other societies, cultures, and religions? What does it require of us? And is this a sound ethical paradigm to build one's moral philosophy on?
