Alameda Creek Trail (out and back):

A ride opening the Cycling4Fun 2026 riding season. 22 miles total, Very light car traffic. This ride is a light duty, sea level (flat) ride suitable for beginner’s or experienced riders looking for scenic and relaxing ride.

Since this is a ride suitable for first-timers; find a friend who wants to start riding and invite them. There will be several somewhat easy rides scheduled in the next few weeks of Cycling4Fun to encourage new riders.

This ride starts at the Niles Staging Area on Old Canyon Rd near the Mission Blvd intersection.

Any changes in this ride, including cancellation, due to weather or other evil doing will be posted on the [Cycling4Fun.com](www.cycling4fun.com) website by 7:00am the day of the ride.

Please arrive by 8:15am and be prepared to depart at 8:30am. Cue sheets/Directions will be on the vehicle windshield for late arrivals. Look for a vehicle in the parking area with an orange traffic cone on top. Ride leader is Bob Carlson. Helmets required.
