What we’re about
The goal of the Cyprus Solana Meetup group is to connect with Solana appreciators living in Cyprus.
It aims to be a place where everyone, no matter if you're a beginner or have some experience with the blockchain, can gather around a drink and some food to discuss anything closely related to Solana.
As much as we respect other blockchains for paving the way, it's much easier to onboard people to a blockchain that offers a superior user experience, and Solana is a perfect place to start.
Things you will learn:
- what is a blockchain? how does Solana work?
- how to create your own wallet and embrace self-custody? how to keep your assets safe?
- what is staking? what is DeFi?
- what are NFTs? what are memecoins? are they good or bad?
