They started coding out of a simple motivation: to automate repetitive work and make systems work smarter – which aligns perfectly with dox42’s mission: to reduce repetitive copy and paste tasks, so people can focus on what really matters. At dox42, Christina focuses on SAP, D365 CRM, Power Platform, and template design. They love to share knowledge around document automation and assisting customers and partners in their quest to make document generation easy, intuitive, and – most importantly – automatic.

Talk 2 - How to present Irresponsible AI in Action - Chris Huntingford

We keep hearing about Responsible AI (RAI), but what is it actually, and why does it matter? The way we build solutions with AI is different to the way we currently create solutions. In this session, we will explore how to build AI-infused solutions and WHY RAI matters. This session is for anyone starting in the AI solution builds and setting up AI governance boards. We will focus on making sure that you understand why respecting RAI is important.

1. I will SHOW you what happens when you do NOT respect RAI standards and WHY these are important.
2. We will explore the concepts of deterministic models Vs. non-deterministic models and how to set up a digital safety board to manage these solutions.
3. We will delve into EU AI legislation and why these matters in your solution build.

I will show you a LIVE customer example that you can test out yourself!

This is going to get really intense really fast.

In this session, I’ll show a simple, practical way to make your app more secure by disguising sensitive information before it travels. And once we’ve started thinking creatively about protection and already down the rabbit hole, we’ll explore other easy wins to strengthen your Dataverse data security too.

Presentation 2 : Copilot City: Agents, Anarchy & the Law - Emma-Claire Shaw & Keith Atherton

Agents are opening doors faster than most organisations can keep up with. With a few clicks, anyone can spin up an agent that talks to customers, processes data, or interacts with internal systems and that speed is both the opportunity and the risk. In this session, we’ll follow two familiar characters you’ve probably met in your own organisation:

Keith – a renegade Copilot Studio builder. He moves fast, breaks things, and spins up agents quickly to solve real problems but at what cost?

Guardrails? “Suggestions.” Best practices? “Optional.” If there’s a limit, Keith has already found a way around it.

Emma – the uncompromising force of Copilot governance. Badge, rulebook, and risk register in hand, she’s here to protect the organisation from data leaks, compliance nightmares, and AI agents that have gone completely off the rails.

We’ll use them to explore the real tension many organisations face right now: balancing creativity and innovation with security, oversight, and responsible use of AI agents living in your very own Copilot city.

This session is grounded in real-world experience from working with organisations who are trying to get Copilot Studio implementation right – not by slowing people down, but by putting the right conversations, boundaries, and support structures in place.

By the end, you’ll have a clearer picture of how to encourage responsible innovation, keep things on track, and avoid turning your AI rollout into a firefight.
