PLASMA Meditation is a gentle, guided practice designed to bring the body and mind into deep relaxation and balance.
The session uses breath awareness and visualisation, inviting participants to imagine a soft blue-white healing light moving through the body from the feet upward. This process supports the release of tension, calms the nervous system, and encourages a sense of clarity and inner stillness.
PLASMA Meditation is not about effort or concentration. There is nothing to achieve. Participants are simply guided to observe, breathe, and allow the experience to unfold naturally.
The practice is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike. You may sit or lie down, and all guidance is offered in a calm, supportive way. Each session finishes gently, allowing time to ground before returning to daily life.
Session investment: $30 per person.
This covers the guided meditation and the holding of a safe, supportive space.
