Join us for a fun and refreshing hike on the Cedar Brake Trail via Cattail Pond Trail at Cedar Ridge Preserve!
We’ll meet on Saturday, July 5th, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Cedar Ridge Preserve (7171 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX).
About the Trail:
Distance: 2.5 miles (loop)
Elevation Gain: 259 ft
Difficulty: Moderate – expect some rolling hills and a few rocky sections
Average Time: About 1 hour
This well-maintained trail offers beautiful views, shady forest paths, and plenty of spots to take photos and enjoy nature. It’s perfect for beginners with moderate fitness or experienced hikers looking for a relaxing morning outdoors.

Important:
