Dashing Whippets are moving from Meetup to Yakka: Claim your account by 8/30

Starting August 30, all Dashing Whippets events will be posted exclusively on Yakka, our new team app, built for Whippets, by Whippets. You’ll use it to RSVP for runs, follow training plans and chat with teammates all in one place.

Over 250 Whippets are already on Yakka! You should’ve received your invite by email (sent to the address linked to your Meetup account) or as a Meetup message if you joined in the past year. Try searching your inbox for “Yakka” to find it. It takes just 5 minutes to get setup.

And since MeetUp requires this to be an “in-person” event, it’s also your chance to ask questions about the migration to Yakka live, just look for Jason in the 9:30+ pace group on the 8/30 long run 😄
