Urban Hike: "The Neighborhoods"

Lets get together and explore the unique areas and neighborhoods the Dayton vicinity has to offer!

For this Urban Hike lets go back to the beautiful Daniels Peace Park in Germantown, Ohio.

You will feel like you are in Maine as you walk through the pine tree forest.

While we are in the pine forest let's make this portion of the hike a SILENT hike. So we can really look and listen while there. There are photos of Daniel and family also.

There are animals, a chapel, beautiful prairie and a pond shaped like a tear drop.

Let's take our time and really feel the vibe of the park.

When we get to the pond we will stop and sit for about 20 minutes or so and relax.

It's flat and about 2 miles give or take.
